J & R Visuals was founded in January 2026 in Indiana, Pennsylvania, with one goal in mind: helping buyers and tenants truly see themselves in a space. What began as a shared passion for photography and media quickly grew into a real estate content team dedicated to serving agents, homeowners, and businesses with intention and care.
We bring residential and commercial properties to life through thoughtful photography and video. In today’s visually driven market, first impressions matter more than ever. Our goal is to showcase each space in a way that feels inviting, intentional, and true to its character - creating visuals that don’t just look professional, but feel authentic.

Jacob has a background in accounting and corporate banking, ensuring work is accurate, efficient, and impactful. He is also passionate about personally creating original digital content, developing engaging, visually driven media that reflects his unique perspective and storytelling style.
He is currently finishing his degree in Finance with a minor in Marketing at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, pairing academic knowledge with hands-on experience to capture and present properties in a way that is both professional and visually compelling.

Rylee has a background in corporate marketing, social media marketing, content creation, and photography. With experience working in professional marketing environments, she brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to every shoot - ensuring visuals are not only aesthetically pleasing, but effective.
She is currently finishing her degree in Marketing with a minor in Communications at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, blending formal education with real-world experience to create modern, intentional visuals designed for today’s visually driven market.
